The Role: 

A hybrid role combining research and creative writing skills to develop highly personalized outreach campaigns. 

As an Outreach Content Executive, you will be responsible for writing hyper-personalized emails to people and businesses that we want to outreach to. Your day will consist of researching angles and topics, refining your research into attention-grabbing personalized emails and finding creative ways we can connect with relevant people from high-ranking domains. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Writing unique, high-quality hyper-personalized paragraphs to be added to outreach emails
  • Researching important information about contacts we want to reach out to
  • Create a list of various approaches and topics that will appeal to the person we're contacting
  • Drafting eye-catching email subject lines that improve open rate
  • Consistently provide quality output within a specified time frame
  • Maintain a well-organized spreadsheet and documents with the data you collate

You are:

  • A creative individual with excellent writing skills who can deliver high-quality content to strict deadlines
  • Able to spot unique angles and topics within research notes 
  • Creatively driven and not afraid to experiment with new ideas and methodology 
  • Organized and efficient with a keen eye for detail
  • Adaptable and can tackle blockers with an open mentality and initiative to find alternative solutions
  • Familiar with Google Suites and other collaborative online tools
  • Knowledgeable of the ins and outs of LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Goal-driven and eager to optimize workflows and processes
  • Experience in email outreach and/or lead generation is a plus
