Overview

Expansion International is hiring a Content Executive on behalf of Recbound, a fast-growing creative and marketing agency. We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented content professional with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who can craft compelling narratives, adapt tone and style across multiple platforms, and collaborate with designers and marketers to create content that drives results.

You'll play a key role in shaping Recbound's brand presence and supporting client campaigns that make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop content tailored for various audiences and platforms, maintaining consistency in voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing strategists to bring campaign concepts to life through copy and visuals.
  • Optimise written materials for SEO, AEO, and digital performance.
  • Proofread and maintain editorial accuracy and brand tone across all deliverables.
  • Generate creative ideas and content suggestions to support campaign planning and lead generation.
  • Manage a small portfolio of social media client accounts, ensuring consistent posting and community engagement.
Qualifications
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to adjust tone of voice to suit different audiences and brands.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, and digital content best practices.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, or CMS such as HubSpot or Bullhorn.
