A little bit about the team:

The Content & Creative team is the creative powerhouse within our Integrated Marketing Services & Strategy function, operating as APAC's internal content agency and digital media network rolled into one. We command Warner Music's owned and operated ecosystem across the region - unbranded channels that reach millions of fans while generating significant monetization - while simultaneously functioning as the creative engine that fuels every major campaign with culturally-resonant content. Our decentralized team of scaled creative specialists across Japan, Korea, Greater China, Philippines, and Indonesia doesn't just create content; we architect visual narratives that break through Asia's saturated digital landscape, testing organic content strategies that inform our paid campaigns while building fan communities that become self-sustaining marketing platforms.

As the intersection of creativity and strategy, we're Warner's secret weapon for cracking Asia's diverse cultural codes. Our team produces everything from viral TikTok formats to premium YouTube content, from localized artist storytelling to market-specific social assets that our domestic teams rely on to break their artists. We're not just managing channels - we're building a content ecosystem that serves as both a testing ground for innovation and a scaled production house that ensures every piece of content, whether for Ed Sheeran or emerging local talent, resonates authentically across 14+ markets. This is your chance to join a unified APAC creative team as the Southeast Asia content expert, where your finger, on the pulse of the region's most socially-engaged market, shapes content for millions of fans. Based in Manila but producing assets for all APAC markets, you'll be the team's go-to authority on Southeast Asian digital trends – from the humor and creativity that makes Filipino content go viral globally to understanding what resonates across Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Your expertise in mobile-first content creation and understanding of SEA's diverse cultural landscape will directly influence how we approach content not just for Southeast Asia, but for engaging young, digital-native audiences across the region.

Collaborating daily with your counterparts in Japan, Korea, and Greater China, you'll bring the energy and authenticity of SEA's content culture to every campaign we execute. This role offers the unique opportunity to be the creative voice of Southeast Asia in our regional team, where trends often start before spreading across the globe.

What you'll do:

  • Artist Asset Packs:
    Produce core artist assets specifically tailored for artist channels and artist communities to foster direct fan engagement (visualisers, lyric videos, motion graphics)
  • Paid Media Assets:
    Develop creative concepts and produce audio, video and graphic asset production for paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.
  • Owned Channel Content Creation:
    Develop creative concepts and produce a range of creative formats optimized for various digital platforms (faceless videos, lyric videos, visualisers, longform loops, daily shorts).
  • Creative Storytelling:
    Clearly communicate and rationalise the storytelling that is encompassed in all the content you produce and why it appeals to the target audience.
  • Trend-Spotting:
    Stay up-to-date with viral trends and emerging content formats to inform content creation.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Collaborate with affiliate teams to receive original assets and understand specific content needs for localized campaigns.
  • Quality Control:
    Ensure all created content is high-quality, culturally relevant, and aligns with brand guidelines and artist objectives.

About you:

  • Content Creator:
    You have proven experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio of short-form content.
  • Social Media Expert:
    You have a deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and current viral trends.
  • Platform Savvy:
    You have experience in optimizing content for various digital advertising platforms and organic social channels.
  • Resourceful:
    You have the ability to work efficiently with existing assets and independently source new content.
  • Collaborative Spirit:
    You possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with regional and local teams.
  • Passionate About Music:
    You have a passion for music and a creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging visuals.
  • Excellent Communicator:
    Proficient in English and Tagalog, you have excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders across regions.

This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration and believe it's essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships
