Job Description:

Oversees technology projects, focusing on the strategies and platforms used to deliver products, services, or information to customers or internal users, such but not limited to digital channels, partner channels, or even internal communication channels.

Leads projects in financial markets, requiring expertise in electronic trading systems, market connectivity and regulatory compliance, alongside standard project management skills (budget, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication).

The key responsibilities include managing the project lifecycles, ensuring seamless integration of the systems, coordinating with diverse teams and vendors, and aligning technical solutions with business and regulatory requirements for platforms like securities trading and settlement systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution – develop project scope, schedules and budgets including management of resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Management – close coordination with business units, and clients in understanding the requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.

Vendor & Relationship management – handles external vendors and or 3rd party partners following standards specs, proposal reviews and overseeing the deliverables.

Technical oversite – provides technical guidance to ensure adherence to company standards particularly front office trading technologies.

Risk & Compliance – must adhere to internal/external standards and regulations and industry best practices relevant to financial trading.

Typical project Areas are as follows but not limited to: System upgrade/enhancement, new feature development, integration of new trading tools and solutions with existing system, optimizing the performance and efficiency of trading platform.

Qualifications :


• Graduate (BS, Engineering, Computer Science) or any IT related graduate course


• Experienced with electronic trading platforms, market connectivity and trade execution solutions.


• Experienced implementing cloud-solution projects/pla7orms (Huawei, AWS, Azure or GCP)


• Knowledgeable with DB management (SQL server, MySQL, etc.)


• Proficiency/Understanding in network protocols like FIX and other binary connectivity tools


• Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN & protocols) is crucial


• Understanding security best practices and ability to implement/execute security measures


• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills is essential


• Ability to collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders/business units and ensure technical-feasibility.


• Industry-recognized certifications is a plus (but not required)
