Pay range:We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 28,000 to 36,000 to apply.

We are looking for a Digital Learning Coordinator to join our Manila team. As a member of our Content Support team, your goal will be to provide support for digital learning content and services, including content management and service administration, to ensure timely and effective teaching and learning products for Cambridge OCR's qualifications. This role supports the of the Content Support strategy for all Cambridge OCR qualifications, GQ and VQ, with a particular focus on customer retention through service excellence. (Find more about Cambridge OCR )

What will you do as a Digital Learning Coordinator?

As a Digital Learning Coordinator, you will be reporting into the Content Support Manager. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders in Content Support, to help deliver eLearning content and services for Cambridge OCR customers.

Reporting to the Content Support Manager and working closely with the eLearning Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to large-scale projects by ensuring comprehensive reporting and effective data management and analysis.
• Great communication skills and an ability to work constructively with others.
• Dealing effectively with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues.
• Resilience, motivation, and enthusiasm, with a flexible attitude towards tasks and taking on new tasks.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 especially Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud systems such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and Learning Management Systems like Articulate 360 and Moodle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills; able to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to challenges and innovative solutions.
• Willingness to learn and upskill in other tools and desire to develop and grow with CUP&A.
