Purpose & Success Profile
This is a 12-month, full-time remote Independent Contractor role supporting recruitment, HR, and business operations while leveraging digital tools and AI to streamline workflows, enhance team efficiency, and improve the overall contractor and client experience.
This is a learning and developmental role designed for proactive, curious individuals eager to contribute meaningfully to business growth. As a pivotal member of the team, you will help drive change, introduce innovative solutions, and shape the future success of the business. Fresh graduates with a growth mindset and tech-savvy problem-solvers are highly encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Support
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events) to help identify and engage talent.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate research.
- Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.
HR / Operations Support
- Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize workflows and operations.
- Support HR documentation, systems administration, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with team inquiries and help maintain positive team relations.
- Contribute to improving SOPs, trackers, and light automations for efficiency and scalability.
- Support operational logistics, including asset tracking and vendor management.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and organized internal documentation.
- Assist with communication and coordination across stakeholders.
- Assist/provide basic tech support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to supporting the team and advancing business growth.
- Knowledge or experience in HR, recruitment, operations, marketing, or customer success (projects, internships, or professional roles). Fresh graduates welcome
- Tech-savvy and skilled in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) and emerging platforms to streamline processes and adapt quickly to new systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in handling multiple tasks.
- Clear, professional communicator across written, verbal, and listening channels.
- Comfortable supporting internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other operational tools.
Nice to Have
- Hobby or experience in IT, coding, development, or related areas.
- Exposure to tech or IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of PC/laptop troubleshooting.
- Experience building databases or trackers.
NOTE: Full equipment will be provided and delivered to the contractor's doorstep; however, due to logistical considerations, only applicants residing in Metro Manila or nearby provinces will be considered.
