An Implementation Specialist is expected to have excellent knowledge on how to setup Wholesale clients to the RUN payroll system and consistently demonstrated accuracy.

ISs critical role involves providing constructive feedback to analysts, RCs, Sales, and even firms a task that is very demanding since it includes resetting of expectations and educating the responsible party.
