DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve targets in lead generation, qualification, sales communication, and brand positioning.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver hospitality projects within budget and timelines.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and align strategies.
- Assist in establishing and growing Serta Philippines, Inc.'s hospitality project business.
- Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1–4 years' experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality projects.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
• Know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license
