Customer Service Representative- Health Savings Account

About the role
This is a full-time customer service role in our Quezon City office, where you will be responsible for assisting customers with their Health Savings Account (HSA) inquiries and needs. As a Customer Service Representative for HSA, you will be the crucial link between our clients and the products and services we offer, ensuring a positive experience for all.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding HSA accounts, providing knowledgeable and courteous service
- Assist customers with questions about their HSA balances, contributions, withdrawals and other account-related matters
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team as needed
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of HSA products to help them make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with other customer service team members to share best practices and improve overall service delivery
What we're looking for
- With 1 year of experience in healthcare, focusing on eligibility, claims, and benefit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
- Basic understanding of financial products and services, especially Health Savings Accounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain composure under pressure
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
