About the role

This is a full-time customer service role in our Quezon City office, where you will be responsible for assisting customers with their Health Savings Account (HSA) inquiries and needs. As a Customer Service Representative for HSA, you will be the crucial link between our clients and the products and services we offer, ensuring a positive experience for all.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding HSA accounts, providing knowledgeable and courteous service
  2. Assist customers with questions about their HSA balances, contributions, withdrawals and other account-related matters
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team as needed
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of HSA products to help them make informed decisions
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  6. Collaborate with other customer service team members to share best practices and improve overall service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. With 1 year of experience in healthcare, focusing on eligibility, claims, and benefit
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  4. Basic understanding of financial products and services, especially Health Savings Accounts
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain composure under pressure
  6. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
