About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Financial Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering financial solutions, and achieving sales targets across a portfolio of financial products, including insurance, investments, and savings plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Open for career shifters)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to be assigned with bank partners
Willing to work ONSITE (Schedule: Banking hours)
Responsibilities:
Conduct lead generation activities
Schedule appointments with customers
Analyze financial needs and provide customized solutions
Prepare and submit customer applications
Maintain customer relationships through after-sales service
Build a long-term relationship with bank partners
Encourage bank partners to refer customers
Refer customers to the bank for loans or savings/checking accounts
Keep the branch informed of daily activities, performance, and referrals
Complete the Onboarding Program for technical and soft skills
