Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent specializing in Information Technology. The Sales Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and providing clients with tailored solutions. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing customer service inquiries, coordinating with the technical team, and providing insurance and product training to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Training experience
  • Knowledge of Insurance products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the Information Technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
