Job Title: Insurance Processor (Commercial & Personal Lines) – Remote

Job Description

We are seeking highly detail-oriented and organized Insurance Processors (Commercial or Personal Lines) for Property & Casualty Insurance. In this role, you will handle policy applications, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client support.

This is a 100% remote, full-time role with opportunities to work on diverse insurance processing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Review applications for compliance with standards and regulations
  • Maintain accurate client files, policy records, and documentation
  • Enter and verify data in insurance management systems
  • Provide support to clients, agents, underwriters, and customer service teams
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Prepare reports on policy processing activities and performance

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial or personal lines insurance processing (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied EPIC, AMS 360, EZ Lynx, or CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
