Job Description:

Handling the day-to-day activities of the Purchasing department

Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works

Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data

Assist in managing, monitoring and following up overseas orders.

Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, Economics or related fields

Minimum three years of Purchasing experience preferably with international purchase, Supply Chain & Logistics (Import/Export)

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment

Ability to analyze and evaluate data

Detail-oriented, good communication (oral and written), analytical and problem solving skills
