Join Our Dynamic Project Management Team as a Project Officer

We are looking for a skilled Project Officer to be a key player in our Project Management team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our financial initiatives and overall business success.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing technical engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
  • At least one year of experience in project management in a semiconductor company.
  • Experience and knowledge in SAP.
  • Experience in project scheduling and BOM creation.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and suppliers.
  • Knowledgeable in Business Process Flow.

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Manages and maintains customer relationships and communication.
  • Responsible for identifying business development opportunities with existing accounts.
  • Monitors, maintains, and improves business portability and sustainability.
  • Oversees new product introductions.
  • Assists Product Marketing in RFQ and business development for prospective customers.
  • Drives the conduct of qualification runs/NPI.
  • Drives and oversees the execution of projects.
  • Identifies opportunities to produce new products that meet customer needs.
  • Responsible for BOM creation and updates in the system.
  • Executes ECN and setup in the system.
