ABOUT THE COMPANY:

CARLSON INNOTECH CORPORATION was established on July 8, 2011 by a group of engineers and professionals engaged in Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation, Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection, Electrical and Mechanical Construction Works and Technical Maintenance.

Our team is composed of engineers and skilled personnel who are adept in the construction and maintenance of commercial and industrial facilities; who have been exposed to different systematic managerial analyses and programs; and who have sufficient experience and exposure in contracting and maintenance of buildings in various projects nationwide, thus making CARLSON INNOTECH CORPORATION capable and qualified to perform electro-mechanical engineering works and technical services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Willing to relocate at Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur

· College Degree Holder, BS Mechanical Engineering· RME/PME, is a plus but not required· At least 1 – 2 years of experienceKnowledge, Abilities and Skills:

· Must be from a technical MEFP engineering background. With knowledge in Mechanical, Fire Protection and Plumbing.

· Must have strong personality and can work under pressure.

· With previous experience of managing relationships with subcontractors and clients.

· Good communication (oral and written), public relations, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent MS Office skills.

· With good judgement and decision-making capability.

· Maintain high-level of confidentiality on sensitive cases, information and issues.

· Good Math skills and has a keen eye for details
