About the Job

We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to plan and lead training programs that help our employees grow and perform at their best.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs and create learning plans.
  • Design and develop training manuals, guides, and other learning materials.
  • Organize workshops, e-learning, and other training activities.
  • Work with managers to support career development.
  • Lead and guide the L&D team, providing coaching and direction.
  • Track and report on training results and employee progress.
  • Manage the training budget and any outside training providers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience creating clear, effective training manuals and other instructional content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
