JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for managing all office facilities and any administrative requirements of the company. Ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and safety of the organization's facilities and physical assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
I. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
- Office Facilities Monitoring
- Cleaning Maintenance
II. ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS
- Vehicle Administration
- Utility Bills Monitoring
- Office Facilities Accountability Management
- Building Admin Coordination and Requirements
III. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
- Utility Staff Monitoring
- Office Security Guard Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce -Major in Management or any management-related course, Engineering, or Architecture.
- With at least 3 yrs. related work experience in Facilities Management.
- Background in Property Management and Building Administration is an advantage.
- Must be knowledgeable in Facilities and Building Systems, such as electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security.
- With a basic understanding of space planning and layout design.
- Has skills in Problem-solving, Critical thinking, and decision-making.
- With strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be highly organized.
- Office-based location with overtime work as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
