Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  • Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate and supervise all facility-related services including cleaning, security, HVAC, utilities, and waste management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and emergency response procedures.
  • Lead space planning initiatives, office relocations, and refurbishments.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.
  • Prepare regular reports on facility operations, safety audits, and capital projects.
  • Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery for facilities-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or related area.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
  • Familiarity with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
