Facilities and Management Staff
The Facilities and Management Staff is responsible for ensuring the minimal of problems from the design to the delivery of the projects. He/She is responsible for inspecting, Analysis, and Finding solutions for engineering issues related to MEPF Constructions. Lastly, He/She is responsible for making technical clarifications to resolve issues and coordination in design modification to suit specific on-site construction.
Special Qualification
- Must be knowledgeable for trouble shooting specially during school operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree with the field of expertise in Civil Engineer, Architect, and/or related field of discipline.
- Preferably with a background in Construction.
- Preferably a Licensed in Civil Engineer/Architecture
- Must have a knowledge in Project Management.
- Must be of Good Moral Character
- Proficient in Oral and Written Communication Skills.
