The Facilities Management Officer will be working in a property and facilities management company in the field of Building, Property, and Asset Management and related services.
Job Description
The person responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the facilities maintenance team in project areas in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. FMO is responsible for ensuring that the electrical system, mechanical equipment, plumbing system, civil works, and other auxiliary systems in the property are all in good working condition.

- Salary Range(Min.-Max.): 20k - 30k
- Education Level: Engineering Graduate
- Age: year old
- Gender: Male or Female
- Contract Duration: 6 months up (for regularization)
- Target on Boarding date: ASAP
- Working Schedule (Day and Time): 6days a week, 8 hours/day on a shifting schedule
- Working Location: Metro Manila

- Interview Process (Virtual or Face to Face): Initial - Virtual / 2nd Interview and Final - Face to Face
Qualification:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Management, and Technology, or equivalent.
2. Licensed Engineer is highly considered.
3. With at least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance Management, Building Management, or equivalent.
4. Adept in Microsoft applications.
5. Experience in managing a high-rise building is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
