A Dealer Sales Trainer who will design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

Responsibilities:
-Develop training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and dealership processes
-Customize training materials based on organizational needs
-Create engaging content such as manuals, presentations, videos, and training modules
-Facilitate workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions for sales staff
-Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance performance and support career development

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field
-with 2 years of experience in auto sales, management, or marketing
-Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
-Ability to create training materials and conduct group sessions
-Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City
