Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation sessions.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Support conflict resolution and mediate discussions between employees and management.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain records of employee performance and development plans.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
