The Engineering Technical Staff is responsible for responding to operations call on daily refrigeration requirements and issues.

Education and Experience:

  • College Level/Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Industrial) or in any related courses
  • With at least 1 – 2 years working experience in Refrigeration (Industrial and Commercial) both mechanical and electrical
  • Preferably with training in ISO 9001 (QMS – Preventive Maintenance)

Organizational Skills:

  • Ability to work unsupervised and within a team to achieve objectives within appropriate timelines
  • Flexibility in working hours in line with the project/work deadlines
  • With meticulous attention to detail and has the ability to manage multiple and concurrent tasks

Communication Skills:

  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal (English/Filipino)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions from immediate superior
  • Good and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a solid team environment

Computer Skills:

  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SolidWorks software
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, graphics and presentation tools
  • Proficient in the relevant management software programs

Main Position Function:

  • Machine Operations
  • Completion of Work Orders
  • Refrigeration equipment monitoring on timely basis
  • Execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedule

Administrative Function:

  • Strictly follows Human Resource (HR) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
  • Reports on machine breakdown and operational performance.

Special Function:

  • Participate in designing and developing future capacities by attending meetings, coordinating with departments re changes and improvement
  • Participation on developing and maintaining SOP, HACCP and GMP as well as participating on government and customer audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
