Collection Specialist

Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines AQUADYSINC Full time ₱300,000 - ₱600,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Review payment requests submitted in Company system for accuracy.

Submit payment requests for Company bills and invoices.

Management of Company bank accounts, including but not limited to routine setup, reviews and maintenance, payment submissions/transfers, check/e-check preparation, cash withdrawals and deposits.

Management of Company petty cash and associated paperwork and reports.

Survey credit card machine rentals and deal with credit card related settlements.

Coordinate with partnering tax company on tax filing matters - ensure Company related taxes and financial reports are filed and payments are submitted timely.

Draft custom finance reports and paperwork.

Process Company permits and registrations vital to daily operations.

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a busy and evolving environment, whilst delivering professional support services.

Communication and interpersonal effectiveness.

Problem-solving skills to overcome organizational challenges on people policies, issues and conflicts

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Talk to consumers regarding medical billing self-pay balance.

Accurately record notes on accounts.

Meet reasonable goals and follow procedures for working accounts.

Present payment solutions, type quickly, and listen simultaneously in a respectful and professional manner.

Collect payments from consumers

Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role

With inbound and outbound Collections experience

Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques

Working knowledge of MS Office and databases

Comfortable working with targets

Patience and ability to manage stress

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Skilled in negotiation

Problem-solving skills
