Job Requirements:

-At leastHS/SHS Grad with Diploma-2 years + BPO international voice experience.

-Experience in collections for at least 6 months in contact center environment handling voice international account is required.

-Good English verbal and written communication skills.

-Must be amenable to work on-site.
