Key Responsibilities:

  • Client interaction: Meet with clients to understand their technical and business needs.
  • Technical presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to explain how complex products or services can benefit clients.
  • Solution development: Design customized technical solutions and proposals to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Sales support: Work with sales teams to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Liaison with internal teams: Act as a bridge between sales, product development, and engineering teams to ensure products meet client needs and expectations.
  • Post-sales support: Provide ongoing technical assistance, training, and support after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Market and product feedback: Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and provide insights on market trends.

Required skills and experience:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive safely and responsibly to client locations and events.
  • Technical aptitude: Strong understanding of the company's products or services and technical concepts.
  • Sales acumen: Ability to present, persuade, and close deals, while meeting sales quotas.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the sales process.
  • Customer service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
