Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams: Work with sales executives to execute strategic deals and support the sales process.
  • Provide technical expertise: Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, answering questions and explaining product functionality.
  • Develop and deliver solutions: Assess customer needs and present technical solutions through product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes: Create technical proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Act as a liaison: Communicate customer requirements and feedback to internal product development and engineering teams.
  • Provide training and support: Train customers on how to use products and provide after-sales technical support.
  • Conduct research: Stay up-to-date on new technologies and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is often required.
  • Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of the technical products or services the company sells is essential.
  • Sales and business acumen: Experience in sales, especially solution selling, is a significant asset.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for explaining complex information and building client relationships.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges.
  • Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and projects effectively.
