Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Technical Marketing Assistant to join our Canlubang team. This position requires a combination of sales ability, technical product knowledge, and online marketing skills.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or background in electronics, appliances, or IT systems (such as mobile phones, laptops, and computers), and the ability to market and sell these products both in-store and through digital channels.

The role involves assisting customers in product selection, maintaining online listings, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive retail and wholesale sales.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Sell spare parts and a wide range of technical items such as mobile accessories, computer components, home appliances, and related equipment.
  • Assist walk-in and online customers in identifying the right products and solutions based on their needs.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of product features, compatibility, and specifications across multiple categories.
  • Prepare quotations, handle price inquiries, and manage sales documentation for both retail and bulk buyers.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support before and after sales transactions.

Online Marketing & Product Promotion

  • Create and manage online listings for spare parts and technical items on social media and e-commerce platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and drive inquiries.
  • Capture and upload product photos and specifications that appeal to both retail and B2B customers.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Inventory & Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouse and technical teams to ensure product availability and correct item tagging.
  • Monitor fast-moving items and communicate restocking needs.
  • Work with the marketing and operations departments to align on product promotions and pricing.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain organized sales and marketing records.
  • Generate weekly reports on sales performance, online engagement, and customer feedback.
  • Contribute to improving digital marketing materials, catalogs, and technical product displays.

Qualifications

  • With background or experience in electronics, electrical, IT, or any related technical field. Vocational course, TESDA certification, or equivalent hands-on experience is an advantage.
  • Background as a technician, service advisor, or sales representative for electronics or technical products is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in a broad range of products including spare parts, mobile phones, computers, laptops, and appliances.
  • Familiar with online selling and digital marketing tools (Facebook, Canva, Excel, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and can work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Canlubang and handle both in-store and online operations.
