Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for innovative design and problem-solving.

Duties

  • Oversee the manufacturing process and manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project scheduling aligns with production timelines.
  • Work with production to implement new processes, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operation.
  • Evaluate existing processes and mechanical systems to identify and implement improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support manufacturing processes by providing mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including system design and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and project scheduling practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • With at least 3 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer or in a similar work role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
