GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Solar Hub Operations Analyst supports the effective and efficient performance of Solar Hubs by gathering and analyzing operational data, forecasting demand, managing inventory insights, and providing reporting that informs leadership decisions. The role bridges analytics and field execution, ensuring that operational strategies and data-driven insights translate into measurable productivity, sales performance, and hub growth.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Solar Hub Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Collect and analyze sales, operational, and performance data across all solar hubs.
  • Prepare daily and weekly dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for leadership review.
  • Identify underperforming hubs and escalate operational or technical issues for resolution.

Demand Forecasting

  • Evaluate product deployment and sales patterns to support accurate demand forecasting.
  • Contribute to balancing demand and supply and recommend operational adjustments across regions.
  • Coordinate with field and hub teams to understand volume drivers, peak seasons, and growth patterns.

Operations & Field Support

  • Conduct or assist in site visits to validate performance data and gather ground-level insights.
  • Consolidate field reports, user feedback, and system health observations into organized tracking.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication and documentation between analytics and field teams.

Sales Planning, Target Setting, and Forecasting

  • Assist in developing accurate revenue and unit forecasts to guide hub planning and field strategy.
  • Support the setting and alignment of targets, including for new product rollouts.
  • Prepare and consolidate sales, budget, KPI, impact, and performance reports required by Head Office and regional stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decisions affecting sales, operations, and inventory.

Sales Productivity and Business Performance

  • Design and maintain KPI dashboards for real-time tracking of hub productivity and operational performance.
  • Report on key operational metrics including sales performance, inventory levels, delivery/transfer efficiency, and customer coverage.
  • Participate in business reviews by presenting relevant insights and updates.

Inventory Planning and Management

  • Support development of inventory plans based on demand, stock availability, and expected supply.
  • Conduct inventory forecasting and monitor product movement across hubs.

Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Solar Hub Analytics Manager.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations analysis, inventory planning, or performance reporting roles.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems, procurement flows, and sales performance metrics.
  • Comfortable working in both office environments and occasional field deployment.
