These tasks require attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to ensure seamless booking experiences for our clients.

Receive and Process PNR Files:

  • Accurately receive files from the Passenger Name Record (PNR) system.
  • Extract and enter specific flight information into Blacklane's booking platform with precision.

Verify and Input Client-Specific Information:

  • Review free text files from the PNR to identify client-specific requests, such as child seat requirements or bulk luggage requests.
  • Ensure that all client-specific information is correctly entered into the booking platform, adhering to any special instructions or needs indicated by the client.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Possesses at least 2 to 3 years of data entry experience.
  • Knowledge of airline operations and Passenger Name Record (PNR) systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in typing and transcription, ensuring fast and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute with a minimum of 90% accuracy, demonstrating both speed and precision in handling data.
  • Good knowledge of written English, ensuring clear and accurate communication and data entry.
