Data Entry (Migration Assistant)

Location: Salcedo, Makati, Philippines  

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (or 11 AM - 7 PM) 

Position: Office-Based

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about supporting clients through the migration process? Our reputable law firm is seeking meticulous Data Entry (Migration Assistants) to join our team. In this role, you will draft and review important documents, including agreements and online forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and review documents, agreements, online forms, and PDFs.

- Collect client signatures for agreements and forms.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is organized.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the migration process.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and document management systems.
