As International Sales Manager, your key responsibilities are…
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales targets in the US, London, Australia, and other markets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of international sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
- Market Penetration: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key international Marketing Partners (real estate brokers, agencies, consultants, etc.) abroad to generate qualified leads and drive sales.
- Sales Production: Directly contribute to sales by overseeing and facilitating deals closed by both your in-house team and the external Marketing Partners.
- Training & Reporting: Conduct market briefings and training for your team and partners, and provide regular, detailed reports on sales pipeline, market performance, and competitive analysis to executive management.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
- Proven Experience (4+ years): Significant, successful experience selling real estate projects specifically to clients in the US, London, Australia, and other markets.
- Ready-to-Go Team: You must have a ready-made, seasoned sales team that will join you to begin operations right away.
- Network: An established network of brokers, agents, or partners in the target countries.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
