About the role

As a Talent Identification Specialist at Alldigi Tech Manila Inc., you will play a crucial role in building and growing the company's talented team. This full-time position is based in Taguig City and will involve developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to source, screen, and hire the best candidates for a variety of roles within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Screen and assess candidates through phone interviews, in-person interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation methods
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's ongoing hiring needs

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
