About the role

Feshan Phils., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of key financial information.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate any discrepancies
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements
  • Support the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with external auditors
  • Perform TAX and Compliance ( 2550q, 1702RT, 1702q, and 2307)
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and tracking of company expenses.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Perform other related administrative, accounting and other tasks as assigned by the Management.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a corporate accounting role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting sub-industry
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
