Job Title: Technician – Maintenance

Role Summary

Responsible for hands-on maintenance of building systems and common areas at including electrical work, repainting, air-conditioning cleaning, contractor supervision, and general repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of premises & equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs (lighting fixtures, repainting, air-con cleaning).
  • Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and provide temporary assistance (e.g., elevator, genset, water pump, fire alarm) until contractors arrive.
  • Oversee and monitor professional contractors, inspect the quality of work, and provide feedback/recommendations.
  • Coordinate tenant-requested minor servicing (own contractor or company's approved contractor) and ensure office billing/ tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and contractor work.
  • Assist on-site team as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years in building/facility maintenance (electrical, HVAC, painting, repairs).
  • Skilled in basic electrical systems, air-con maintenance, and painting prep/finishing.
  • Good communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate with contractors and staff.
  • Physically fit to perform hands-on tasks; flexible for varied schedule.
