About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Polystar General Services Inc.' located in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for our diverse range of commercial and residential clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and malfunctions
  2. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  3. Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC systems and components according to specifications
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner
  5. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report on system performance
  6. Comply with all relevant safety regulations and best practices
  7. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in the commercial or residential sector
  2. Technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of HVAC systems and equipment
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
  4. Familiarity with HVAC-related codes, regulations, and safety protocols
  5. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Valid HVAC technician certification or license
