Job Summary:

A Multi-Skilled Repair and Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping buildings, equipment, and systems in good working condition. This person handles a wide range of tasks — from electrical and plumbing work to mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance. The technician makes sure everything runs safely and efficiently every day and must be willing to travel to any part of Luzon to perform maintenance or repair work as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair different types of equipment and systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns.
  • Respond quickly to maintenance service requests or emergencies.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work done.
  • Read and follow technical manuals, safety guidelines, and work orders.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new machines or systems.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments, contractors, or suppliers.
  • Travel to various company sites or project locations across Luzon to carry out maintenance and repair work.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is an advantage).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, repair, or related technical work.
  • Skills Needed:
  • Multi-skilled in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and basic construction work.
  • Able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Can work independently or as part of a team.
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to travel and work in different locations across Luzon.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move around for long periods.
  • Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in different weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
