About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at LIZSIL INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER AGENCY'. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various messaging channels. This full-time position is based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila and offers a competitive salary package of 29,000 PHP.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests through messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate information and effective solutions
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring the proper documentation of all cases
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and making recommendations to enhance processes and procedures
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  4. Proficiency in using various messaging platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  6. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
  7. Fluency in English and Filipino languages
