HRIS Specialist
Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, three days 10AM – 6PM Manila time and two days 3PM – 11PM Manila time (overlaps with UK operating hours).

Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 28,000– 36,000 to apply.

What will you do as HRIS Specialist?
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, your accountabilities will include:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure strict adherence to GEMC governance standards and support the development and standardisation of playbooks, templates, and best practices for GEMC projects.
- Collaborate effectively with GEMC project leads, People Partners, Reward, People Operations, and external advisors to facilitate entity management activities.
- Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of data within Workday, our HRIS system.
- Complete Workday tasks related to entity integration, new entity setup, and organisational transitions efficiently.
- Provide support for mass data uploads (EIB) into Workday, including preparing templates, performing testing, and identifying corrective actions for any errors encountered
- Resolve Workday system issues by collaborating with Finance, People & Culture, and technical teams as necessary.
- Deliver system training and guidance, ensuring users follow best practices.
- Monitor and analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, reporting insights to GEMC and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and escalate risks associated with payroll, compliance, and entity transitions.

Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Payroll Management, or a related field
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS
- Experience in data auditing and compliance monitoring
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills to support users effectively and suggesting improvements
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders at all levels
