Work from Home, Philippines DiEn - Streamlined Offshoring Solutions Full time ₱65,000 - ₱800,000 per year

Key Working Relationships:

External: Customers: builders, handymen, companies, all construction related contacts and entities

Internal: admin staff, sales staff, Evan and Warehouse manager

Role Purpose: to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping services to the company, ensuring the compliance and relevance of the recording of financial transactions in an orderly or systematic manner.

The role is providing financial information to both external and internal users to enable beneficial decision making by Management and stakeholders.

  1. Experience and Qualifications

Desirable:

· Bookkeeping experience with an Australian entity

· CPA qualifications and/or relevant accounting qualifications

· Minimum 2 years in a similar role

· Proficient typing skills & a working knowledge of email software

· An understanding of Australian superannuation and payroll tax requirements

· Able to work Australian hours ( 8:30 am to 4:30 pm )

Knowledge:

· Australian superannuation and payroll

· BAS and IAS

Responsibilities, Objectives and Deliverables

· Accounts Payable & Receivable tasks ( approx. 50 transactions a day)

· Bank reconciliations

· Quarterly superannuation processing

· Customer statements & reminder notices: emailing reminders

· Expense reconciliation, petty cash accounts, credit card statements

· Ad-hoc Administration

· Liaison with external accountants as required: missing invoices, missing receipts, payment enquiries.

· Journal entries.

· Liaison with customers via email

Other requirements:

· Inventory System ( Odoo) will be trained on this.

· Office 365

· Communication : 80% on email to internal and customers

· WhatsApp communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65, Php80,000.00 per month
