About the Role

The
Sourcing Supervisor
will lead a team of sourcing specialists responsible for fulfilling recruitment needs across multiple clients. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to manage high-volume requisitions while supporting specialized hiring demands. You will directly oversee day-to-day sourcing operations, ensure delivery excellence, and partner closely with recruitment, client services, and leadership to meet hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management
    – Supervise, coach, and develop a team of sourcers to consistently meet KPIs. Conduct performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and provide ongoing mentorship. Manage headcount allocation across accounts to balance workload and client priorities.
  • Requisition & Pipeline Management
    – Oversee requisition intake and prioritization for new client accounts, ensuring smooth transitions from onboarding to delivery. Design and implement sourcing strategies for specialized hiring (hard-to-fill and niche roles). Monitor pipelines across multiple roles and ensure timely candidate flow to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Operational Excellence
    – Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics such as throughput, pipeline health, and time-to-fill. Ensure compliance with sourcing standards, tools, and systems (ATS/CRM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing workflows and candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement
    – Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads, Recruitment Managers, and Client Success teams to align sourcing priorities with client expectations. Act as the point of escalation for requisition bottlenecks and sourcing challenges. Provide insights on labor market trends, competitor benchmarking, and sourcing channel effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least
    3–5 years of recruitment/sourcing experience
    , with
    1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
    .
  • Strong background in high-volume recruitment and specialized hiring.
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating a team to achieve sourcing KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, CRM platforms).
