About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our talented team at Abenson Ventures, Inc.'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and building a diverse, high-performing workforce. Based in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's growth and achieving its strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and referral program, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations aligned with the company's values and requirements
  • Implement best practices in recruitment, including employer branding, candidate experience, and talent management
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and drive hiring efficiency
  • Provide training and guidance to junior members of the recruitment team, fostering their professional development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading a high-performing recruitment function
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex hiring scenarios
  • Passionate about talent management and committed to fostering a positive candidate experience
  • Bachelor's degree is required for this position
