Overview

Join a dynamic digital agency delivering data-driven, creative, and technology solutions to global clients. The company is currently building an exciting in-house product and is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to work closely with the Head of Technical in shaping and developing this new platform.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the company's in-house product. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Technical to architect scalable systems, ensure best practices in development, and implement high-quality, maintainable code across the full technology stack.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 120,000+

Contract: Independent Contractor

Schedule: Flexible 40 hours per week, with meetings once a week during the client's business hours (London, UK Time)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Start Date: Immediate hiring

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates, which depend on performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Technical to design, build, and deploy a scalable in-house product
  • Develop, test, and maintain robust front-end and back-end components
  • Work with APIs and integrate third-party services
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes via GitHub
  • Ensure best practices in performance, security, and code quality
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve technical challenges

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal

  • Strong experience in:

  • ReactJS

  • TypeScript
  • ExpressJS
  • MySQL / PostgreSQL
  • GitHub CI/CD

  • Nice to have experience with:

  • Prisma

  • Swagger
  • REST API documentation and testing tools

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying scalable applications
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and development best practices
  • Experience working in an agile or startup environment
