We're looking for a Full Stack Developer / IT Ops Engineer who loves working across the entire stack — from crafting frontends in React Native and Rust (Tauri) to managing reliable Linux environments and automated pipelines.

In this hybrid role, you'll combine software development and DevOps to build robust, scalable, and secure systems. You'll help shape architecture decisions, streamline CI/CD workflows, and improve developer productivity through automation and tooling.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, clean code, and operational excellence — where your voice and ideas matter.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain cross-platform apps using React Native, JavaScript, and Rust/Tauri
  • Manage and automate Linux environments using Bash scripting and DevOps best practices
  • Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure system reliability and scalability
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across teams

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and Linux/Bash
  • Familiarity with Rust (Tauri framework)
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, monitoring, automation)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience with Python, Go, or AI coding tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex

Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer / IT Ops Engineer to join our team. This hybrid position blends software engineering, DevOps, and IT operations, ideal for someone comfortable working across the full technology stack—from React Native and Tauri frontends to backend services and Linux-based infrastructure. You'll help build reliable, scalable systems while automating and improving our development and deployment processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and Rust (Tauri framework).
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.
  • Manage and automate Linux-based environments with Bash scripting and modern DevOps tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between software and infrastructure.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Rust and familiarity with the Tauri framework for cross-platform desktop development.
  • Solid hands-on skills in Bash scripting and Linux system administration.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure monitoring, version control).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Python or Go (Golang).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working with Claude Code or OpenAI Codex is a real plus.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Background in IT operations, reliability engineering, or infrastructure automation.

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in software development, DevOps, or hybrid engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in cross-functional environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
