Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, independent, and technically sharp Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at Sanay, a UK-based company building automation, finance, and AI-driven tools for modern businesses.

You'll be working on a mix of client projects (web apps, integrations, automations) and internal products (AI dashboards, forecasting tools, and reusable SaaS components). This role suits someone who enjoys variety — from solving technical challenges to building features that genuinely make businesses run better.

This is a work-from-home role, so a reliable setup and strong internet connection are essential. You'll collaborate remotely with our UK-based leadership team and Manila operations team, contributing to smart, high-quality projects with global impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain modern web applications using , , and TypeScript.
• Integrate APIs and connect third-party tools (Xero, OpenAI, Make, Zapier, Retool, etc.).
• Contribute to Sanay's internal product line — AI-driven apps and automation templates for SMEs.
• Implement AI features using APIs (e.g. ChatGPT, Anthropic, LangChain) to make products smarter and more useful.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code using version control (GitHub).
• Optimise app performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Communicate proactively with the UK team — providing regular progress updates.
• Track your time accurately and deliver consistent output week by week.
• Stay curious — explore new tools, frameworks, and ways to automate development.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in React or , , and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud deployment (Vercel, Supabase, Firebase, or AWS).
• Comfortable with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience using or connecting to AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) is a strong advantage.
• Bonus: familiarity with no-code or automation tools (Make, Zapier, Retool).
• Reliable home setup — quiet workspace, quality hardware, and at least 50 Mbps stable internet (with backup option preferred).
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Must be based in Manila, with the ability to meet occasionally if required.
• Portfolio or GitHub link highly encouraged.

Work Setup

• Fully remote – work from home full-time.
• Must have a professional home office setup.
• Minimum internet speed: 50 Mbps, ideally with a backup option (mobile hotspot or secondary line).
• Work hours follow UK business hours (4 PM – 1 AM PHT), with some flexibility.
• Occasional in-person catch-ups when the UK leadership team visits Manila.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month

Performance Bonus: ₱10,000–₱15,000 quarterly, based on delivery, initiative, and reliability.

Optional Product Bonus: 5–10% of revenue from internal tools or products you help develop.
