Production Supervisor
to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with food quality standards.

This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent product quality and operational excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of food processing technologies, team management, and production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with
    HACCP, GMP, and ISO
    standards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to address process deviations and equipment concerns.
  • Lead and motivate production teams to achieve consistent performance and high-quality standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production-related issues.
  • Ensure accurate production reporting, inventory tracking, and resource utilization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience
    in
    food manufacturing
    , preferably in
    coconut or dairy powder production.
  • Strong understanding of
    food processing technologies, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Knowledgeable in
    HACCP, GMP, and ISO
    systems.
  • Proven
    leadership and team management
    capabilities.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving, analytical, and communication
    skills.
  • Proficient in
    production planning, inventory management, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, dynamic environment
    and manage multiple priorities effectively.
