Coconut Milk Powder Supervisor
to oversee our spray-drying and powder production operations at the Medina facility. This role ensures smooth production runs, consistent high-quality coconut milk powder output, process optimization, and strict compliance with food safety standards — all while contributing to our vision of sustainable and globally trusted coconut-based products.

As
Coconut Milk Powder Supervisor
, you will manage day-to-day powder plant operations including
spray-drying process monitoring, manpower supervision, equipment upkeep coordination, quality control, and compliance with GMP and ISO standards
. This position requires a leader with technical knowledge of spray drying and powder processing, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily copra operations to ensure consistent supply and smooth processing.
  • Monitor copra quality, moisture content, storage, and inventory levels.
  • Lead and manage teams, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to align raw material needs and schedules.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce wastage, improve yield, and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other quality and food safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of copra receipts, usage, and operational performance.
  • Enforce workplace safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in copra areas.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff for better technical and operational performance.
  • Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Licensed Engineer (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in copra processing, oil milling, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of copra handling, drying, storage, and process flow.
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and production monitoring tools.
