Production Supervisor – Coconut Milk Processing
to lead and oversee milk extraction operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to the highest food safety standards.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring consistent product quality, operational reliability, and compliance with international food regulations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in food manufacturing, particularly in coconut or dairy powder production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily coconut milk extraction and processing activities to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with
    HACCP, GMP, FSMA
    , and other relevant food safety standards.
  • Monitor process performance and implement improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to maintain product standards and resolve production issues.
  • Oversee equipment sanitation, maintenance schedules, and proper handling of raw materials.
  • Lead and train production personnel to ensure high performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, process parameters, and performance metrics.
  • Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper use of PPE in a food-grade environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Technology
    , or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in
    food manufacturing
    , preferably in
    coconut or dairy powder production.
  • Strong knowledge of
    food industry standards
    (HACCP, GMP, FSMA, export quality compliance).
  • Demonstrated leadership in
    production operations
    and
    team management
    .
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, and communication
    skills.
  • Proficient in
    production planning, reporting tools, and process monitoring systems.
  • Committed to safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence in a
    food-grade environment.
