Job Responsibilities: Responsible for site survey, implementation, support and recovery per project account. Responsible in submission of site survey report, completion report, inventory and troubleshoot report. Effectively work within the other technical group in resolving task problem and issues. Ensure that proper procedure are met during the execution of every task. Responsible for ensuring all pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation technical requirements are handled properly. Working closely and collaboratively with the head office team to devise effective solutions. Submission of weekly activity reports to respective immediate superiors. Responsible for ensuring all project-related documents are submitted on time such as survey completion, diagnostic/incident, joint testing, epf etc. Monitors the equipment inventory and processing of equipment RMA. Attending project meetings/biddings and or equivalent with PM team/sales personnel and acting as a technical expert. Collaborate with PM group to ensure all requirements are aligned with the project. Supervise installer/rigger to make sure objectives/tasks are met. Work closely with the supervisor/manager to perform assigned task with zero to minimal supervision. Complete high-level task and objectives assign on timely and efficient manner. Other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, or the Department Head. Skills and Qualifications: At least 3 years experience in project implementation/design/after-sales. Must be license ECE/EE. Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills . Strong customer service orientation. Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients. Experience in Microwave, CCTV, Wi-Fi, Video Conferencing, Structured Cabling, and Networks Switches. #J-18808-Ljbffr
